This article includes an overview of the new Records tab in Crop IQ 2.0.
Records Overview
Search, email and print in-progress work orders or completed spray records. We modernized the tab design to improve the user experience, page performance and consistency across Crop IQ 2.0.

1. New Application button - start a new application from this page.
2. Crop IQ 1.0 Records link - click to view your records in Crop IQ 1.0. This will open in another tab.
3. Clear Filters - click to clear all search filters.
4. Search Filters section - search for past work orders or completed spray records by season, crop, farm, block, from date, to date and status.
5. Search button - click to view records based on search filters selected.
6. Crop Application Records table - lists crop application records by work order, completed spray record, farm name, application date, product, status and action icons.
7. Arrow - click to view additional information about the application: application supervisor, applicator, crop, date, start time, stop time, product, EPA no., REI, PHI, specific crop, rate and total product.
8. Work Order number - click on the order number to go to the work order page.
9. Completed Spray Record - click VIEW to see the completed spray record page. Learn about the differences between a Work Order and Completed Spray Record.
10. Select All checkbox - click to select all lines to email or print.
11. Action icons - click on the icons to duplicate, edit, delete and select the line.
Note: Completed work orders are not eligible to edit.
12. User(s) - dropdown to select internal users within your Hub account to send selected work orders or completed spray records.
13. Other Emails - type external users to send selected work orders or completed spray records.
14. Send Selected button - email work orders or completed spray records.
15. Print Selected button - print work orders or completed spray records.
