Archive Your Products and Storage Locations

Follow the steps below to archive your products and storage locations in Inventory.

About Archiving

• Archive your products and storage locations to keep on record without applying to future applications.
• Archived products will no longer prompt a storage location selected in Crop IQ applications. 

1. In the Current Inventory table, locate the product line you choose to archive. 

2. Select the Archive icon in the Actions column. 

3. A confirmation modal will appear. Click the Archive button to confirm. 

How to Archive Your Storage Locations

1. Click the Manage Storage Locations button.

2. The Manage Storage Locations modal will appear.

3. Locate the storage location you choose to archive. 

4. Select the orange Archive icon to the right of that location. 
Note: Gray icons signify locations with an active inventory and cannot be archived.  

5. That storage location name will gray out and become inactive. 

6. Click the Save & Archive Locations button to close the modal.
