Overview of Inventory

This article includes an overview of the new Inventory tab and key enhancements in Crop IQ 2.0. 

Enhanced Features of Inventory

• Inventory provides user transparency with inventory adjustments.
• Allows customers to distribute and manage their product inventory at specific storage locations.
• Ensure accuracy of product usage and pricing tracked in Inventory.
• Procedures in place to address lag times of product inventory adjustments.
• Ability to save the progress of work orders when enough product is added in Inventory to “complete” the action.

Enhanced Inventory Tab in Crop IQ 2.0

We modernized the tab design to improve the user experience, page performance and consistency across Crop IQ 2.0.

1. New Application button - start a new application from this page.

2. Crop IQ 1.0 Inventory link - click to view your inventory in Crop IQ 1.0. This will open in another tab.

3. Search Filters - search by Product name, Active Ingredients, of Storage Locations. 

4. Filter Results button - click to search your inventory filters. 

5. Add Product to Inventory button - add new product, update your product name, storage location, existing stock on hand, and existing stock unit.  

6. Manage Storage Locations button - add more locations or archive current storage locations with inactive inventory. 

7. Unit Display Options - choose the product units you wish to display for solid/dry and liquid products.

8. Current Inventory table - lists current inventory by product name, active ingredients, storage locations and quantity on-hand. 

9. Archive icons - click the icon to archive that product.
Note: Archived products will no longer update inventory to display reductions from Crop IQ work orders.  

10. Archived Inventory table - lists archived inventory by product name, active ingredients, storage locations and quantity on-hand. 

11. Unarchive icons - click the icon to unarchive that product. 
Note: Inventory will start to reduce from Crop IQ work orders again. 

12. Archived Storage Locations table - lists archived storage locations by location name.
