Compliance Tracker utilizes status icons to illustrate the audit readiness of your accounts. We visualize the audit readiness for Daily Logs and Documents in relations to Food Safety manuals:
Compliant - Items in that manual are audit-ready.
Needs Attention - Items in that manual require review. Please address them to potentially resolve issues before accounts become non-compliant.
Non-compliant - Items in that manual are not in compliance. Urgent attention is required for that manual to achieve compliance and audit-readiness.
Inactive - Items lack active documents or logs in the current Food Safety manuals.
Below, a breakdown of statuses in connection to Food Safety manuals within the Highland Hub:
Logs:
- Compliant = Completed
- Needs Attention = Pending Approval
- Needs Attention = Not Started
- Needs Attention = In Progress
- Needs Attention = Locked
- Non-Compliant = Past Due
- Non-Compliant = Rejected
- Compliant = Approved
- Needs Attention = Pending Approval
- Needs Attention = Not Submitted
