Home Page Overview
Here, you can access all your clients' manuals in the Highland Hub from a single page. Viewing all manuals in real time provides a proactive approach and helps address non-conformities before they start.

1. Hamburger menu - click here to navigate to the Highland Hub or Knowledge Hub.
2. Logo - click from any page to return to the home page.
3. Name - displays the name on the account.
4. Profile icon - click here to log out.
5. In-Season tab - lists all your active manuals in Food Safety.
- Compliance column - displays status icons to illustrate the audit readiness of your accounts.
- Customer Account column - lists the account name as seen in Food Safety. Only names with Non-compliant and Needs Attention statuses contain a link.
- Manual column - lists the active manuals in Food Safety.
6. Out-of-Season tab - lists all your inactive manuals in Food Safety.
- Compliance column - lists only Inactive statuses. These are not currently active in Food Safety.
- Customer Account column - lists the account name as seen in the Food Safety.
- Manual column - lists the most recent manual in Food Safety.
7. Show All tab - lists all manuals active and inactive in Food Safety.
- Compliance column - lists all manuals currently active and inactive in Food Safety.
- Customer Account column - lists all account names as seen in the Food Safety.
- Manual column - lists all the most recent manuals in Food Safety.
8. Compliance Status legend - refer to this legend to understand the meaning of each icon. Learn more about the compliance status indicators.
9. Send Notifications button - activate this button by selecting a checkbox to notify the customer account. Learn more about how to send a notification.
10. Highland Ag Solutions logo - click to navigate to the Highland Ag Solutions website.
11. External links - click to navigate to Contact Us, Knowledge Hub, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
12. Contact phone number - call to speak with an Account Manager.
13. Social media icons - click to navigate to Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Youtube.
Details Page Overview
Here, you can effortlessly monitor real-time logs and documents as the appear in Food Safety. Additionally, you have the option to send notifications to your client's Highland Hub account, gently reminding or nudging them to take action on specific items to ensure compliance.

2. Logo - click from any page to return to the home page.
3. Name - displays the name on the account.
4. Profile icon - click here to log out.
5. Highland Account Manager - contact name and email.
6. Account Name - shows your current client account as seen in the Highland Hub.
7. Manual dropdown - select manuals currently active in Food Safety. Only manuals with Non-Compliant and Needs Attention statuses will display here.
8. My Daily Logs tab - provides a quick overview of relevant information in Food Safety.
- Compliance Status counters - provides a quick overview of the number of line items per tab.
- Nudge checkbox - check line items to send a "nudge" to the account in Highland Hub.
- Compliance column - icons indicate the current audit readiness status for each log.
- Sites column - lists all sites assigned to that log as seen in the Food Safety.
- Log Status column - lists the up-to-date statuses as seen in the Food Safety.
- Log ID column - specific ID as named by the operation as seen in Food Safety.
- Log Name column - name of the log in Food Safety.
- Generated Date column - date the log was generated in Food Safety.
- Due Date column - date the log is due.
9. Documents tab - provides a quick overview of relevant information from Food Safety.
- Nudge checkbox - check line items to send a "nudge" to the account in Highland Hub.
- Compliance column - the icons indicate the current audit readiness status for each document.
- Document Status column - lists the up-to-date statuses as seen in the Food Safety.
- ID column - specific ID named by the operation as seen in Food Safety.
- Document Name column - name of the documents in Food Safety.
- Document Type column - lists the type of document (Log, SOP, or Attachment) as seen in Food Safety.
- Last Revised Date column - most recent date the document was edited in Food Safety.
