Follow the steps below to create a new scouting report.
How to Create a New Scouting Report
1. Click the Create New tab at the top left corner.
2. Enter details in the Create Scouting Report section to pull up the farm location on the map and begin the report. You must select a farm/site and season to create a new report.
3. Add Observation, will allow you to click on the map to drop a pin to identify the specific location of that observation.
5. Enter the Observation at the location of the associated pin, the level of severity, add attachments, and add notes. Click the trash icon to delete if necessary.
6. Click Add Observation for additional observations in that location (optional).
7. Click the Add to Report button to finalize the pin within the report.
8. View the information associated to the pin below in the Report section.
9. Include additional notes in the Comments section.
10. Click the Save button to save the report and edit later.
11. You will notice a checkbox above to Finalize Report. Checking this will lock the report from future editing.

Additional Notes:
- The newly created Scouting Report will now appear in the View Reports page.
- View and edit completed reports and email selected reports to recipients of your choice.
