Scouting Reports Page Overview
Create, view and edit completed reports along with sending selected reports to recipients of your choice via email. We modernized the tabs to improve the user experience, accessibility and consistency.

1. Crop IQ 1.0 Recommendations and Reports link - click to view your Scouting Reports in Crop IQ 1.0. This will open in another tab.
2. Search Filters - search by company, farm, start date and end date.
3. Search button - click to view scouting reports based on search filters.
4. Scouting Reports table - lists reports by locations, report status, summary and report date.
5. Select checkbox - click to select lines to email.
6. Delete icon - delete selected reports.
7. Send to box - dropdown to select internal users within your Hub account.
8. Email box- type external users to send selected scouting reports.
9. Send button - email selected scouting reports. We modernized the tabs to improve the user experience, accessibility and consistency.
Create New Report Overview *Updated*
We have updated our 'Create New' tab to simplify the form and encompass a wider array of observations. This update aims to facilitate the identification and correction of issues before the end of the growing season.
The functionality remains unchanged, allowing you to pinpoint yield-limiting observations such as pests, weeds, diseases, and more, both across your entire field and in specific areas. Check out the updated tab below.

1. Filters - select the farm, season, enter scouting service, and service date. You must select a farm/site and season to create a new report.
2. Location map - locate your pest by dropping a pin at exact latitude and longitude.
3. Add Observation table - Drop your pin(s) in the map. List pin number, latitude, longitude, observation, level of severity, attach a file, delete and add a note.
4. Attachment button - add attachment to your report. Supported files include: jpg and png.
5. Add to Report button - click to add summary and information to the report table below.
Note: Add an observation to activate the button.
6. Comments section - add additional comments to the report here.
7. Finalize Report checkbox - check to finalize your report.
Note: A report can not longer be edited once marked as a final edition.
8. Cancel button - quit your scouting report and return to the Scouting Reports page. All your changes will not be saved.
9. Save button - save your report. You can view saved reports in the Reports tab and email to selected recipients.
